Breakfast Ideas ?

Well, I think I have been consuming the same breakfast for the last 2-3  months - 2 long shots of espresso with cream , orange and 2 vitaTops. Ready for a change! Any suggestions out there? Help! BTW, if you have not heard of or tried these vitaTops before, they are pretty good. . One muffin top has only 100 calories, 9 grams of fiber and 4 grams protein.My favorite is the blue bran and banana nut! You can find them in the freezer section of your grocery store.

I just read something about dark chocolate.  Any excuse you know....to eat chocolate.

Mining the riches of dark chocolate in this month's edition of Today's Dietitian.  To make a long story short, the darker the chocolate, the more bitter the taste, and the more healthful it is for the heart.

I always buy 70% cocoa or more.

Still looking up that slow cooker

Did not make it to Bed Bath today to buy the slow cooker.  But there is always tomorrow.

Stocked up at Publix on Chobani yogurt.  Passion fruit and blood orange are my new favorite flavors.  Its a great low calorie snack and high in protein.  Love to eat it post work out!

Slow Cooking

So I have to find a slow cooker for oatmeal.  I heard that the oatmeal turns out really fluffy, and delicious.  You just wake up and its ready.  I plan on steel cut oats, of course.  Anyone have suggestions?
